Spiced Mince serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1kg lean beef mince
1 very large brown onion/2 smaller ones
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp turmeric
3 tsp garam masala
3 cubes frozen spinach, defrosted
a little water
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Method:

Dice onions and fry in the oil for a few mins, with a pinch of salt.

Add garlic and stir well.

Add spices and stir well.

Add mince, stirring until all is browned, then add the spinach.

Add a little water and let it simmer for ten mins.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with fluffy rice and a green salad.
