Miso & Spring Onion Cod

Serves 4-5


1kg cod loin, skinnless  & cut into large cubes

1 tsp runny honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp sweet white miso

1 bunch of spring onions, sliced into small rings

400g dried egg noodles, any thickness

2 tbsp sesame oil

pak choi/sugar snap peas


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and bake on 180C for about 20 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, boil the kettle and soak your noodles according to the packet instructions. when ready, drain and stir in the sesame oil.

  • Either stir fry or steam the green vegetables.

  • To test if the fish is ready, take one cube and see if the fish inside is a lovely white colour and flakes easily.

  • Put the noodles in a bowl, topped with the vegetables and fish. 

  • Enjoy x
