Salmon With Garam Masala Serves 6
This is barely a recipe, yet it doesn't stop it from being a nutritious and delicious family dinner. My children really loved this fish and it's a good way to introduce children to flavour, without the heat.
Ingredients:
6 pieces of salmon ( size according to need), skin on
1 tbsp garlic paste
1.5 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Method:

Preheat oven to 170C and line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread over the fish.

Bake for 15-20 mins.

Serve with some fluffy basmati rice and a chopped salad.
